Meet the life coaches:
Running from October 1 to December 16, 2024, and by invitation-only. this special program offers a unique opportunity to participate in a virtual, global coaching initiative, for Bridges alumni and ScientistA finalists.
Over 12 weeks, participants receive one-on-one coaching helping them identify goals and take actionable steps toward achieving them; guiding them through challenges, encouraging self-reflection, and empowering participants to make progress.
The Bridges program supports scientists in times of career transition or in periods with a gap in income, allowing scientists to continue dedicating themselves to science while securing income from long term scholarships, grants, and/or employment in scientific careers.
The program also aims to help increase diversity in science. For this reason, the selection of candidates will take into account ethnic-racial indicators, gender, sexual orientation, maternity and socio-economic status.
